Q. How long does it take to produce the magazine?
A. We normally quote 7-10 working days, but if required earlier you will need to notify us at the time of your booking.

Q. Do I get to see a copy of the magazine before it is printed?
A. Yes - you will have full editorial sign off and the opportunity to proof check the magazine before print. We also have our own proof reader who will also check the magazine, at no extra cost.

Q What if I want to book my own photographer?
A. That's fine - we can use the digital images from your photographer - providing they are high resolution and we have their permission for which we will credit them in the magazine so they will gain additional promotion. They may also like to take out an advert which in turn will be discounted against your bill.

Q. My sister is getting married and I would love to offer the magazine as a surprise gift - how can I arrange this?
A. We can provide you with a GIFT VOUCHER which you can present to your sister on her wedding day and we can then begin the magazine layout after the ceremony, once the photographs are ready.

Q. I am having a corporate event in Barcelona - are you able to cover my event or do you only work in the UK?
A. No, we cover events all over the world for the same production costs as the UK but obviously travel/accommodation expenses would also be applied.

Q. I am putting on a charity event for Cancer Research and would love to have a souvenir magazine of the evening, but with very little funds is there anything I can do?
A. Yes, we could look at sponsorship for you through our team of telesales staff. This way your advertisers will gain promotion through a specialised magazine which in turn will help to pay for the productions costs.

Q. We got married over 9 years ago and would love to have a magazine put together for our 10th wedding anniversary but we only have a wedding album as digital photographs were not an option then.
A. No problem - we can scan the images in a high quality format and make the magazine up in this way - ask to see a sample of our magazine made up from scanned images to see the high quality.

Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, we require 50% at the time of booking and the balance paid upon delivery of your magazines.

Q. How do you carry out an interview and photographic session at my event?
A. We attend your event and generally photograph guests upon their arrival, while taking note of their names, etc. We will then ask relevant questions about the event and anything you want us to ask will be put forward. We sometimes carry out a 'fashion feature' and ask the guests where their outfits are from or we can theme the questions around your event - it's YOUR magazine so we will interview according to your wishes.
